What a tremendous priviledge and blessing it is to share this book with the entire world. You see, I had no idea that my life's experiences would evolve into a book that would make its way around the world and become a beacon of light for our young girls and young ladies.
I can not sum up or measure how grateful I am to God, that He has encouraged me to write this book. With the assistance of my husband/best friend, Stanley, we were able to make this contribution happen.
I look at the conditions of our young generation and often wonder, where might we as parents, leaders and mentors, have gone wrong? What could be have done better? I am still perplexed and unsettled about this question. But, there lies an answer among us and most times all we have to do is to dig down deep inside ourselves and discover its truth and there we will find the answer.
We must come to realize that we cannot accomplish the impossible feats in life without the aid and the directions of Christ. Sure you might say, "No one helped me get to where I am today. It was just me and me alone". Well let me start this dialog off with this statement: "How did you wake up this morning? How did you get the ability to move about, breath and communicate?" Surely your alarm clock did not wake you up, nor did your last physical exam, which the doctor said you have a clean bill of health, did not give you the ability to breath, move or communicate: it was by the mercy of Almight God.
I know that some people hate to admit this fact but no matter how you try and analyze it, or therorize it, your mere existence is because of God's good Grace and Mercy. He makes the difference in our lives.
Now, If you have failed in life and that quite miserably, don't freight neither don't you be depressed. There is alway a positive way out and there is always Christ, waiting to help you through any crisis. Don't allow the negative thought of our enemy (Satan) get you all confused and discouraged. There really is an anwer to your problem and the name of that answer is Jesus Christ.
So, young girls, young ladies, and older ladies as you open the pages of my book, keep an open mind so that you may hear the voice of our Savior, who is willing and ready to help you. Girls, God has a best precisely for you and you only. Reach for it, study for it and when truth comes, accept Him, you won't be dissappointed.
